Any Canadian or American singer, age 8 to 120

Our exceptional judge is Dana Parsons, an epically talented (and hilarious!) performance pro from Newfoundland, Canada. (Yes, the place where Come From Away is set … *wink*)

The Grand Prize Winner will receive an Amazon gift card.
Winners of each age category will receive a gift card.
Marion Abbott will randomly assign various prizes, including Best Comedic Performance and Best Nostalgic Performance.
All contestants will receive certificates and a judge’s form that includes (brief) comments.

Friday, December 19th or earlier - in time to share your results with your visiting family and friends during the holidays!

The entrance fee is $25, and the admin/processing fee is $10, plus HST.
Contestants can pay by e-transfer or PayPal. (American contestants can only pay via PayPal due to Canadian Bank restrictions.)

Film your Christmas or holiday song performance and upload it to a platform. Fill out a registration form and put a link to your video in the form. Once we receive your form, we will invoice you according to how you want to pay. After your fees have been received, your entry will be considered complete.

About the Judge: Dana Parsons is a radio host with Coast 101.1 by day and stage performer by night! With 2 original albums under her belt "It's You, Not Me!" & "Within The Dark" she has received an ECMA nomination for, "Pop/ Rock Recording of the Year" and "The Galaxie Rising Star of the CBC" award. She is a graduate of Sheridan College's Musical Theatre program where she received the APMAR recording award and the Jo Havilland Acting Achievement award.
Dana sailed the high seas on the MS. Holland American Cruise ship and Princess Cruises for 5 years with her Jazz trio "The Moon Glow Trio". She performed from Alaska, the Panama Canal to Hawaii and everywhere in between!
Dana has taken on such roles as: Adelaide in Atlantic Light Theatre's productions of, "Guys and Dolls", Lucinda in Opera on the Avalon's, "Into The Woods, Lady of the Lake in Atlantic Light Theatre's production of, "Spamalot", Mary Delgado in TaDa's Production of "Jersey Boys", Lucinda in Opera on the Avalon's production of "Into The Woods" and Judy Bernly in Atlantic Light Theatre's production of, "9 to 5".
Dana has been a member of The Spirit of NL dinner theatre for over 21 years and she is gearing up for another busy show season with them from Nov. 15th-Jan. 7th! You’ll also find her this Christmas joining her cast mates for another exciting “Divas Do Christmas 20th Year Celebration" main stage show at the Art's and Culture Centre, NL from Dec 5th-8th. February 21st Dana will take the stage with the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra for the EXXON Mobile Big ticket show and February 22nd she will be the feature performer for Red Hot Productions!
